Materials delivery
Before you place an order, we confirm whether the exact address is covered, what is in stock, the delivery date or range, any charges, unloading or access requirements and the person receiving it. Inspect the delivery where practical and report missing, wrong or damaged goods through our contact route.
Labour fulfilment
We confirm the trade, agreed scope, crew schedule and site access in writing before work. Timing can change with availability or site conditions; if so, we will discuss the next step. A request form by itself does not reserve a crew.
Site visits
We check the preferred slot and partner availability before confirming a consultation. The site visit is not booked merely by sending the request. The ₹250 charge and any cancellation terms will be shown before payment.
Coverage
We are taking requests in Jagatpura, Pratap Nagar and Malviya Nagar. A six-digit PIN does not prove that every street in the PIN is covered; we check the full address for each type of service. Fees, redelivery, rescheduling and cancellation windows must be confirmed before paid orders are switched on.
